Director, Sales and Marketing
Andrea is the brains and energy behind our Sales and Marketing efforts, while also pursuing Business Development opportunities. In addition, Andrea frequently contributes as a learning consultant and instructional designer and is actively involved in the development and delivery of our organization development engagements.
Andrea’s experience prior to Look Consulting Group includes 6 years with IBM in the San Francisco bay area, and nine years in the corporate training industry in Tokyo. Andrea was born in Texas and graduated from Texas A&M University.

Director, Production
Matt plans and oversees production of our audio and video projects and services. He is responsible for recording, editing and encoding of all audio and video projects. He is also responsible for the management and upkeep of all production equipment and systems, as well as office IT hardware and software. Matt also contributes as a learning consultant and instructional designer.
Matt’s experience prior to Look Consulting Group includes 2 years in the banking industry in the San Francisco bay area, and 12 years in the corporate training industry in Tokyo. Matt was born in California and graduated from UCLA.

Director, Operations
John oversees company operations in the areas of finance and administration. He also guides the planning and execution of customer projects and acts as the chief instructional designer for our experiential eLearning projects.
John’s experience prior to Look Consulting Group includes 15 years as an engineer and manager with General Electric, and 4 years in the training industry in Tokyo. He was born and raised in Florida and graduated from Iowa State University with a BS in engineering. He also has an MBA from Santa Clara University, as well as a Masters in International Management from Thunderbird. Along with his more than 10 years in Japan, John also has experience living and working in Taiwan.
