This course deals with the sensitive nature of the manager-subordinate relationship and the challenges a manager faces in balancing productivity, work performance and employee morale. Presented in this course are four video scenarios which demonstrate how a manager's actions can greatly affect the outcome of a situation.

This course focuses on increasing sensitivity to attitudes, actions and situations that may create or promote sexual harassment in the work place. At the heart of this course is a set of video scenarios representing the types of sexual harassment issues that arise in a normal office environment.
